Bach Estates wasn't named after the famous composer Johannes Sebastian Bach, but after the historical "Bach” dairy, which was located in Tumwater.

Bach Estates is a residential development located on the southfacing slope of Tumwater Hill, north of Sapp Road SW, in the City of Tumwater, Washington. The project has preliminary plat approvals for 10 - 9,500 square foot lots. This 3.1-acre parcel of land is perfect for individual residences or a single family estate. There are two roadway designs designated as Option A and Option B.
